The Samui First House Hotel is located on a small peninsular overlooking the popular Chaweng Beach to the North and Chaweng Noi, its smaller and quieter sister to the South. The Hotel is a modern designed four storey structure, ideal for families, teenagers and couples looking for budget accommodation within walking distance of the beach, but close to Shopping, Entertainment, Restaurants and Nightlife.

Accommodation comprises ninety eight Rooms in three four Storey Buildings, located around the Swimming Pool, furnished and decorated in modern style for convenience and comfort. Room types are Standard, Superior or Deluxe, with five Grand Deluxe and four large Family Rooms. All Rooms have Bathroom with Bathtub, Shower and Hot / Cold Water, Air Conditioning, Cable TV, IDD Telephone and Mini Bar. Deluxe Rooms have spacious Balconies.
