Koh Samui Weather Guide

The weather in Koh Samui, contrary to popular belief, runs on a slightly different cycle to other parts of Thailand like Bangkok and Phuket. The peak season of December to February features temperatures that can reach 30 degrees Celsius (86 F). There are tropical rain showers during this season that stretch into November and sometimes December. For Europeans, this is seen as the best time to travel to Koh Samui given that the weather is slightly cooler.
